Musculine HRMS SaaS Operational Guide

1. Architecture & Multi-Tenancy Isolation
The platform operates on a high-performance Row-Level Multi-Tenant Architecture. Every company operates within its own cryptographic and organizational boundaries. Under no circumstance can Company A view or access employees, payroll figures, chat channels, or audit logs of Company B.
Access to /platform. Can onboard new client companies, monitor global MRR, adjust employee quotas, suspend delinquent tenants, and use one-click "Login-as" impersonation for technical support.
Access to /dashboard. The buyer or HR head who manages their employees, processes statutory payroll, exports corporate net banking payout files, and configures internal chat channels.
2. How to Test Dummy Payment Gateway & Instant Onboarding

3. SaaS Master Platform Owner Portal (/platform)
As the SaaS platform owner, you have a master administrative dashboard completely isolated from ordinary client HRMS views.
- Global Real-Time KPI Cards: Live count of tenant companies, total managed employees, active subscriptions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Manual Company Provisioning: Click "Add New Client Company" to manually onboard enterprise clients who pay via direct bank wire. Enter company details, select their plan, and credentials are auto-generated.
- 1-Click Login-As Impersonation: In the companies table, click "Login-As" next to any tenant. You are instantly authenticated into their private workspace for customer support. A prominent yellow banner appears at the top allowing you to click "Return to SaaS Host Portal" at any time.
- Instant Suspension / Reactivation: Click "Suspend" next to any tenant to immediately disable their workspace access in case of non-payment.
4. Tenant Company Admin Operations Guide
When a client logs in as Administrator, they have full access to their company's HRMS suite:
Add employees, upload statutory documents, enter bank account numbers with IFSC codes, assign reporting managers, and define custom CTC breakdown structures.
Configure morning, general, or night shifts with grace periods. Monitor daily attendance status, late entries, and approve employee regularization punch adjustments in 1 click.
Review pending leave applications (Casual, Sick, Earned). Automatic quota tracking prevents employees from requesting more days than allotted.
At /settings/smtp, admins can configure their own corporate email server (Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES) and input a Google Gemini API Key for private AI assistant reasoning.
5. Corporate Bank Salary Disbursement Files
The payroll module provides an Indian Corporate Net Banking batch disbursement engine. Once a monthly payroll period is closed, the system verifies all employees' bank accounts and generates direct corporate payment files.
Standard 10-column interbank transfer format compatible with Axis Bank, Kotak, Yes Bank, and IndusInd Bank corporate portals.
Exact HDFC Cash Management System layout formatted with Transaction Type (I/N/R), Client Code, and Date stamps.
Standard ICICI Corporate Internet Banking batch payment format with debit account and narration tags.
State Bank of India Corporate Multicity Payment layout for direct bulk upload to SBI Corporate portal.
6. Autonomous AI HR Copilot & Teams Chat
Accessible via the floating bottom-right copilot widget on all screens or full-screen at /ai-assistant.

7. Employee Self-Service (ESS) Guide
When regular staff log in (e.g. using employee.test@example.com), their interface is strictly scoped to self-service operations:
- Attendance Punch: Web punch-in and punch-out with live timestamp logging.
- Regularization Request: If an employee forgot to punch out, they submit an attendance regularization request with reason.
- Apply for Leaves: Select date range, leave type (Casual, Sick, Earned), and submit for manager approval.
- Payslip Download: Access PDF/HTML payslips showing gross CTC, basic salary, HRA, EPF, and take-home net pay.
